These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pittsburgh Emo Night website (yinzemo.com) and iOS app operated by Pittsburgh Emo Night, LLC (doing business as Pittsburgh Emo Night), located at 5832 Forward Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. You must use our services lawfully and not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform. Features may include event listings, public user profiles, song requests, contact forms, check-in tools, galleries, and links to third-party ticketing, social, music, or merch services. Song requests and check-in behavior are moderated live by our team; we may approve, reject, edit, limit, or remove submissions at our discretion to protect community safety and event quality. When you submit song requests, user profile information, check-in profiles, photos, or messages, you represent you have rights to that content and grant us a non-exclusive right to use, display, store, moderate, and process it for operating Pittsburgh Emo Night services. Check-in may require a profile photo and location/proximity verification during active event windows, and submissions may be denied if location requirements are not met. If you create a public user profile, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under that account. If you provide email or phone through song requests, user profiles, or other forms, you consent to receive communications about future events and related updates; you can opt out at any time by contacting us at adam@yinzemo.com. You are responsible for your own device, network, and account security. We may suspend or block access for conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, infringing, or otherwise harmful to attendees, staff, or systems. Third-party links and services are controlled by their own terms and policies, and Pittsburgh Emo Night is not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, refunds, or practices. All Pittsburgh Emo Night branding, logos, and platform content are owned by Pittsburgh Emo Night, LLC or used with permission and may not be reused without authorization. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pittsburgh Emo Night, LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting revised versions on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be handled in courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by law.
